TLDR: Just a small Casual raid guild. We raid twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays at 6 PST / 9 EST.

About Us

We aspire to keep things as casual as the raid will allow. That said we try to uphold the following:

1. Respect for people's time: We ask that members prepare for a 3 hour raid window (9 - 12 EST). First pull starts at the declared raid start time (i.e., 9 EST). That's when we're at the instance and ready to go. Occasional absences are understandable. We ask that people let us know about absences 48 hours in advance if possible so that we can find a good replacement.

2. Fairness in loot distribution: Our loot system is MS > OS using the standard WoW need/green rolling system. No +1s, no reserves, etc. We believe this gives the most unbiased and balanced looting experience over the duration of the raid phase. Main spec is the spec you are attending the raid as. If no one needs an item, then anyone is welcome to roll on it for off-spec. Loot funneling or other behavior that defeats the RNG nature of loot distribution will not be tolerated.

3. Communication: Discord is required for all guild runs. We do not require a mic or speaking. Sign-ups for scheduled raid nights are posted on Discord.

4. Do the dance get the shoes: Everybody loves shiny numbers, but mechanics come first. Parsing can be fun and engaging later in a raid tier, but for new content the only thing that matters is if the boss died.
